He previously served as COO of Starfish Digital, a fintech infrastructure platform, where he led go-to-market efforts for enterprise bank connectivity solutions. Earlier in his career, Julian led the turnaround of distressed industrial assets under Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, successfully transforming a legacy manufacturing business into a diversified eco-industrial hub.
In parallel, as Managing Director of a family office, he has advised multiple portfolio companies—particularly in the tech sector—on scaling operations, entering new markets, and raising capital. With deep regional expertise and a hands-on leadership style, Julian is now focused on building SquareDog into a category-defining company that enhances urban safety through robotics and automation.
